1. Installation process
The installation process of the profiled steel plate roof enclosure system should be located in a reasonable position in the general construction process of the project.

(2) The construction process of the profiled steel plate roof enclosure system should be arranged to be continuously completed in an independent construction section. Second, install and pay off
Since the profiled steel plate roof and wall panels are prefabricated assembly structures, the laying-out work before installation plays a role in ensuring the quality of the later installation and cannot be ignored.
(1) Before installation and setting-off, the existing building products on the installation surface should be measured, and the parts that fail to meet the installation requirements should be revised. Make a record of the construction deviation, and propose corresponding installation measures for the deviation.
(2) Determine the position of the starting line of the layout according to the layout design. (Considering the local wind load is relatively large, the starting point of the slab should be downwind to determine the starting point position. The roof starting point of the slab is the same as the wall). There are many hoisting methods for color profiled steel plates and sandwich panels, such as car crane hoisting, tower crane hoisting, hoist hoisting and manual hoisting.
This project intends to adopt a manual hoisting method. This method is convenient and low in price because it does not require large-scale machinery and can be flexibly moved to the place where it needs to be installed. This method has a small number of lifts each time, but the roofing distance is short, which is a frequently used method.
This project adopts the manual lifting method of the steel wire sliding method as an alternative. This method is to install several steel wires on the gable of the building, set the casing on the steel wire, put the plate on the steel pipe, and the roof workers use ropes to pull along the steel wire Steel pipe, the special-long board is lifted to the roof. Then it is manually transported to the installation site.
Four, installation method and matters needing attention
Measure the actual length of the installed plate, check the length of the plate corresponding to the plate number according to the measured length, and cut the plate if necessary.
Place the board lifted to the roof according to the starting line of the board, and make the width of the board cover the marking line to align with the starting line. And discharge the designed structural length at both ends of the plate length direction.
